Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the address and directions to our designated handover and collection area, located only a few minutes from OR Tambo International Airport.
Our trained SU Parking drivers will be ready to assist you upon arrival.
Our drivers wear smart, professional uniforms consisting of a branded golf shirt and black trousers.
Each driver also wears a clear name tag for easy identification.

Before handing over your vehicle:
Remove all valuables
Our driver will take photos and complete a vehicle inspection form
You will review the form and sign the handover confirmation
Your vehicle will then be transported safely to our secure, monitored parking facility.
While you’re away, your car remains safely stored in our controlled access parking area until your return.
As soon as you land, give us a quick call before collecting your luggage.
We will prepare your vehicle and meet you promptly at our collection point.
Upon collection:
You review the return inspection
Sign the collection form
Pay via credit/debit card or EFT (as arranged)
Your vehicle will be ready, clean, and waiting for you.
